1st anniversary

Sorry for the late update bout this! This is one thing i really wanna share and everything i say is from the very bottom of my heart! It's been already a year since 17th Dec and I'm thankful and grateful bout it. Of the great love you've showered upon me that is so marvelous, your comfy and warm shoulders where i can lay on in times of trouble and your hug which is so secure. For all this years, you've been watching over me but i din realise it. I do not care bout who or what you are. I carry on my life in an insignificant way. Joining the unholy were my intentions. I tried to gain everyone's love and care but i did not try yours. But you were still there waiting for me to ask it from you.But i still turn away from you. and when troubles strike i was hiding away in the darkness. But it was a day when you sent a fren to tell me bout ur undying LOVE .that was when, i realise i still have you. I cried, and accepted you. Angels in heaven were rejoicing.. I can finally put a real smile on my face again for i am saved by ur love and death. You died on a cross for me and for everyone yet we're still sinners. You are the one who lead me the right way of living. You are the one who has changed me. I now live a better life away from the unholy living. You fulfill all my needs. The hole in my heart was gone.Thank you Father, thank you so much. You are the one and only one. You've been tortured, you're hands being nailed just for the sake of your children. But there is still so many who do not see your love. I wanna knoe you more..i wanna give you all the glory and praise.

And all of this i dedicate to my loving Father...Jesus

Jolly

Christmas caroling!! Well it's my first time actually to be in a caroling team. Wasn't really familliar with the lyrics and tune but i still can cope with it(hehe). They started caroling the day after i got back from Japan, i din get to join cause i was tired and i have no ides what's goin on. But the day after that, we went Subang parade to perform our second session and so, i was there.. oh yeah!! A bunch of us were singing the Alto so we stood in front of the audience... Blessedly, they gave us booklet so i dun have to worry so much bout the lyrics. Everything went on well... Actually i kinda like the "uniform"especially the maroon scarf!! we look PRO and SWEET! you agree gurls?? hehe.. A few days later we had our last session in church... we performed in the Men's Ministry and Meru Corner.that's all bout it

not really a great christmas for me~ ish... cause i was in cameron(the boring-est place ever) try spending ur christmas there! But i shal not complain aight?! So it was christmas and my uncle's birthday.. Nothing much happen but did a small party for him. Bought a cake and 2 bottles of champagne. An yeah! that's all for my christmas. aikss... someone called and wished me.. a long lost fren of mine. Good to hear him back. akakka we used to hang around a lot when i was in STAR but after he left we seldom talk. Ok, so there's no fireworks (wat a peaceful night). But on top of everything, i really wanna thank God for what He has done for me. And most of all thank you Jesus for dying on the cross. He saved me! do you wanna get saved too? there was times when i turned away from God but at the edn of the day i still know that he is my Abba Father.. and he is still there to forgive everything eventhough those problems are unforgiveable to mankind! THANK YOU JESUS!! Happy Birthday and I LOVE YOU!!

Day 09 – Tokyo Disneyland and Narita (15/12/2005)
On our journey to Disneyland, we shared our experiences, it has funs, joys, happiness and sometimes boredom too. It was a terribly cold night cause it was snowing!!Peeping out from the window, we can see snows falling down. About to reach Tokyo Disneyland we passed by Mount Fuji. It was magnificient! We reached Tokyo Disneyland around 8.00 am in the morning. It’s suppose to be the most interesting place but we were so exhausted. (Imagine sleeping in the bus) To make us refresh, we went to the toilet. Awaiting for the entrance ticket, we had our group photo. After that we're free of our own but reminded to gather at the entrance at 7.30 p.m. We explored to the maximum, It was a great day I shall say cause it’s beautiful. I felt heavy hearted actually to leave this memorable place. We spent our last night at a hotel near the Narita Airport, we were told by the coordinators about things we should do after this program ends. Sayonara to Japan the next day and we flew back to Malysia around 12:30 pm..

Day 08 – Kyoto City (14/12/2005)
Today I visited an elementary school. Okasan, Yurina, Vanessa and I reached there early in the morning. It was a clear and sunny day. The headmaster greeted us and distributed us to classes. I visited the 3rd grader first. The teacher introduced us and the kids there was so cute and friendly. We had some games and sang songs. After that, I visited the 1st grader. We introduced ourselves and played dodge ball. The last class I went was the 6th grade. I played Japanese card game. After that we went to some bookstores. We had normal dish for dinner. Roughly around 7.00 pm, I moved to Kyoto station by car and train together with my host family where all my Kyoto region friends gathered there. Everyone was so sad as we were going to depart with our host family. We had some photos before the bus arrived. We boarded into the bus and waved goodbye to our foster family. It was again sad and some of us cried..

Day 07 – Kyoto City (13/12/2005)
It was a cold day again. The temperature was around 6 degree Celcius to 2 degree Celcius. After that, we had breakfast and headed to the train station to Kyoto city. We visited the Toji temple and had some green tea ice cream. My lips and hands were numb! After that, we went to a souvenir shop and had lunch there. My friend bought some kimonos... a bought one too actually.. a dark green and white one. And then we tried tea ceremony at one of the elder’s house. Let me tell u sometihng bout it~ hehe.. before drinking the tea, we're supposed to eat some sweet rice cake to sweetened ur mouth cause the tes is terribly bitter. Before drinking, we turned the cup till the drawing on it faces others. After that, we drink two times and the third time we're ought to finish the tea. We tried playing the KOTO too. We got to enjoy them singing their national anthem. after that, we went shopping again in Kyoto coop to buysome dry goods. we had shabu-shabu for dinner. As it was the 2nd last day, we exchanged souvenirs.

The weather conditions is kind of chilly today. It is in the region of six degree Celsius to two degree Celsius. Today, we visited temples again. The scenery was once again breathtaking. I have a friend who visited school today. It was great as she said because she got to wear their uniforms and experience Japanese school life. She said that they have breaks every fifteen minutes. She spent her day there by singing songs and teaching them bahasa melayu and after school they have PE.It was great experience !. Ok, so today, we visited the temple which is jam-packed with deers. So we bought some "deer biscuits" and fed it to the deer.Maybe that’s how they got the city’s name. After that, I requested to go shopping at Kyoto Mart. I bought some more snacks and to my surprise, it was cheap. We had dinner in Yumi’s house or better known as Nurian’s host family house. We ate takuyaki. Takuyaki is a round flour balls with ingredients in it. It was scrumptious especially the ones with Konnyakku. The best part for today is the kimono session. Me and Nurian wore kimono ! The steps to wearing it was complicated. There is so many foldings. We took several pictures and we exchanged culture by making them to wear our traditional clothes. Later on, we played cards in the living room. When we reached home, I gave them dodol and chocolates from Malaysia.

It is the fifth day today and I had a fine night sleep. Possibly because I had ofuro and I am still feeling warm after two hours. Today, I woke up more or less ten in the morning, my okaasan is the one who wakes me up again. I was out the entire day. The first place we went was a shopping complex which I don’t really remember the name. Today I went out with Yurina, Yu mi and Nurain. We took sticky pictures from the machine in the mall. And then we went to the ninth floor of Isetan. A Hippo society gathering was held there. As usual, we have to introduce ourself in japanese, bahasa melayu, English and mandarin(if you are a Chinese) it was tough for me to introduce in detail in Japanese. We played those games again and had some talk bout our country. After the gathering, we went outside of the building and took a group picture. There was a large, gigantic colossus massive Christmas tree! It was eye-catching!We went to a shrine later on by bus. The bus was crowded with people. The Japanese pray to the statue. On our way back, we saw the Kyoto tower! And then we took the train back to Kyoto town. I realize too that the people there wear stylishly. They gear themselves to the utmost. Examples the ladies put on boots and skirts even though its so chilly. My family and I had sushi for dinner. The sushi bar is computerized. Well, we can only find one in Malaysia but it is all over in Japan. Yes they have kaiten belt which makes the sushi goes round and round. But if you want additional food like desserts and others, u have to order it through computer. And that is somewhat new to me, after finishing the sushi, usually we just leave the plates for bills but in Japan, we dispose the plates into a bin on the table and after that, the plates will be counted by computer. On our way back, we saw many houses with Christmas lightings. It’s beautiful! They’re so indulge into the Christmas atmosphere. Upon reaching home, I showed them ‘teh tarik’ we exchange our languages.

It is fourth day and my second day in Japan. Yesterday night was the top! Never had such good sleep since the first day! I do not have to picture sheep counting any longer! It was superb! I think mainly because the bed was temperate, I slept under three layers of blanket. And so I overslept! My okaasan woke me up. It was so embarrassing and I was still sleepy. I had a nice shower, well not with ofuro. It is only for nighttime. I headed directly to the dining room for ‘asa gohan’, breakfast. I didn’t really have Japanese style breakfast but western style. It was scrumptious. They served me pork, yogurt, veggie, fruits and tea. At twelve in the afternoon, we went to the animal hospital. Oh yea, they have a dog named Pal. Everything in Japan is really high tech! In Japan, the treat pets like their own children. Polite and lovingly.. Later on, my okaasan drove us to the nearby supermarket, Izumiya Mart. It’s a mart which they sell dry goods and wet goods. I bought some stuffs like crackers and candies. The best part about it is, when you have change, they will not eject the tray, the computer will eject the change itself. Everything in Japan are self-service which you barely acquire in Malaysia. After paying the goods, we have to bring it to a counter where you put all your goods into bags by yourself. And for lunch, I had Miso Ramen. Convenient, after you order and pay for the food, they will give you a small gadget which will sounds like an alarm when your food is ready. it means that the food is ready to be collected. We went back home after that. We sat in the living room and watched some movies. As for dinner, I had sukiyaki with raw egg. It was tremendous because it is my first dinner in Japanese way. It tasted a bit syrupy and salty. Before this, we had some several chats too through emailing. We’re going for a Christmas celebration in Yurina’s school, Kyoto International University Academy. The choir staging was good! On that night, it was freezing cold! After the performance, we went back home. I had my bath, and you know what? It is so hot in the ofuro that I was sweating in wintriness!!
